Position : Engineering Project Manager - OSS/ BSS Education : BE/ B.Tech/ MCA/ MBA Experience : 8+ years out of which 5+ years of development/management experience in development and delivery of N-Tier, Scalable and Clustered Web Applications using Java/J2EE Location : Gurgaon ( should be willing to move to South Africa on a long-term assignment ) Compensation : Commensurate with candidate caliber and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : 1. Project managment/ Analyst skills 2. Manage large OSS/ BSS/ Mobile projects using an agile process like scrum 3. Expert in eTOM process framework and SID 4. Develop detailed functional specifications based on the business specification/ processes 5. Create use cases/ activity diagrams, user interface behaviors 6.
