Activities may include managing the teams, implementing and improving standard processes and tools to drive operational efficiencies and meeting operational and financial commitments. Supports the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design. Key responsibilities: • Manages solution delivery • Proactively works with outsourcing account delivery managers and commercial directors • Manages and develops the service delivery operations team • Manages contract operations and financial commitments Basic Qualifications • Minimum 4 years of functional payroll processing • Minimum 2 years managing a team of more than 5 individuals • High School Diploma or GED required Preferred Qualifications • Demonstrated experience utilizing PeopleSoft payroll systems • Knowledge and experience processing payroll for multiple employees in more than 25 states Professional Qualifications • Experience working in a complex organization • Ability to effectively supervise team members • Maturity in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
