Responsibilities include: Design of high performance high-voltage power switching IC products Support all aspects of an IC development from product definition through release to production Designing and simulating both system architecture and analog circuit blocks Supervising block and full chip layout, verification with layout parasitics Skills sought; BSEE or equivalent Transistor-level design experience in high-voltage and BCD processes Familiarity with off-line applications, converter topologies and LED characteristics Knowledge of analog circuit design (high-voltage high-current switches and drivers, level shifters, opAmps, references, comparators, oscillators) Experience with Cadence design environment Hands-on lab skills and familiarity with power-electronics measurements Fluency in German and English is a must Must be an EU citizen or be able to live and work in the EU without restriction Interested: Please send your application including your Curriculum Vitae in word format (English) to Adil Kahn, Managing consultant quoting ref 1075/11/1.
