Job overview -Responsible for the Oracle application R12 – Purchasing Module, Oracle Application Support and Oracle Application Functional preparations. -Manage required modifications on the payroll application. -Create different procedures/packages and conduct final testing and documentation. -Create applications that are used to monitor and analyze attendance records within the group. -Conduct general IT support-related activities. -Update/create new policies and procedures for the IT Department. -Maintain periodic checking of IT Department’s policies and procedures’ execution effectiveness. -Monitor and analyze various organizational trends and reflect them, if any, on IT Department’s policies and procedures accordingly. -Prepare plans related to IT Administration and procedures -Manage all assets and ensure that all assets are reliable and updated. -Oversee and ensure timely reporting of malfunction or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate area."
