Job overview: - Manage and secure the Network on a daily basis and ensure proper functioning. - Troubleshoot any problems reported by employees. - Manage email domain names. - Manage Pabx system and ensure proper functioning. - Manage firewall and ensure proper functioning to protect company Server and database. - Install, spot-check and manage security Cameras and fingerprint devices within the Group. - Check servers of the entire Group on a daily basis, every start of duty and end of duty. - Punctually troubleshoot any issues with users’ computers for the Group on a daily basis. - Follow up on the operating system update requirements and act accordingly. - Troubleshoot Opera System issues in all hotels within the Group. - Check with EEMC on new Opera system patches and upgrade on a monthly basis. - Perform punctual work on Opera System such as new installations, separate locations etc. - Configure Opera System in new and existing locations. - Define which computer components need upgrade and act accordingly."
