This covers all aspects of HR, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and managing all HR processes. Providing advice and coaching to line managers is vital part of the role. The manager will implement ASUS HR practices, tailoring ASUS corporate programs and processes to grow our people resources to meet our future business needs. CAPABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE 1. Sound working knowledge of relevant India Labor Laws 2. 5 years and above experience in practical HR C&B and Staffing operation, at least 2 years or more in a HR management role. 3. Experience in IT hardware industrial preferable 4. Strong problem solving and decision making capabilities 5. Staff Management and recruitment highly desirable 6. Ability to communicate in both Indian Language and English (written & verbal) 7. Strong PC skills preferred"
