"The candidate must have solid L2 and L3 domain knowledge with at least 7+ years of direct hands-on testing experience in following: - Testing routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS,MPLS, VPLS, etc) and L2 protocols ( VLAN, STP, flavors of STP, PVST,LACP etc) - Testing network features: IGMP, .1x, ACLs, QoS, CoS, Traffic shaping, Queuing on an L2 and L3 switches - Testing L3 Security services (NAT, Policies, IPSec, etc) - Testing for subscription models, congestion, packet loss and latency measurements on L2/L3 switches - Measure and report performance numbers for L2 an L3 protocols and features - Develop in-house scripts to improve efficiency of testing and come up with methods to eliminate expensive test equipments - Knowledge in Ixia and Spirent tools - Strong working experience in Linux, Solaris, Window OS system environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skill, and good team player - Technical debug skills to analyze the defect root of cause, optimize the test configuration for feature test - Ability to generate reports and work closely with onshore/offshore engineers and managers - MS/BS is required Mail To: rashmi@onssearch.in Mobile: 9742602927"
