"Job Description The Business Development Manager has the responsibility for deepening and broadening the Firm’s relationships with key strategic clients and sectors, and ultimately developing strategic, meaningful and outcome focused relationships. He or she will oversee the development and implementation of acceptance strategies and initiatives that grow and meet the desired revenue and growth targets in designated sectors. Scope • Manage and ensure that all goals are supported in a cost effective, timely manner, with a resulting high level of success against sales efforts; • Translate strategies into specific initiatives and action plans, aligning efforts with Global Markets and other key stakeholders; • Maintain current knowledge of products, services, technologies, methods and applications and leverage on them to deliver effective results. • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. • Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives. • Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects. Desired Skills & Experience • Business / Management Degree with 3 to 5years in relevant experiences. • Influencing and negotiation skills; • Sales and Relationship management skills; • Good oral and written communications • General business case development and Business Analytical skills • Work experience in Multinational corporations would be advantageous • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals. • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams."
