"Business Analyst / Sr Business Analyst- INGENIUM Requirements: 3-6 years experience in implementation of major applications in any area – Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing. Experience in Life or non-life/P&C insurance with exposure to a policy admin system- like INGENIUM, Life Asia, Life 400, IDIT/E-Bao Tech / FirstGen / Premia /Policy400 - will be preferred Strong knowledge of Business Processes in the domain of specialization. Experience in insurance is preferred Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, screen and database design including normalization Willingness to travel and work at various customer sites Responsibilities: Independently gather and document business requirements in the context of the package, doing a gap analysis Identify solution approaches in the context of the package, and document the solution and design following the guidelines of extending the package Conduct peer Review of business processes, gap analysis Business requirements, Functional specifications Maintain strong knowledge on package features and functionality, and configuration Design test cases including expected outputs from the Business Requirements and Functionals to ensure maximum coverage, to emulate user interaction in the production environment. Execute the end-to-end test scenarios and validate results. Formulation and execution of an integrated module Test Plan.
