"Hiring a Sr. Oracle Enterprise Architect in New York, NY Experience: (Mandatory) Three (3) to six (6) years in “Enterprise Architect” or equivalent capacity leading and coordinating architecture activities on large-scale implementations. Three (3) to six (6) years of experience in roles leading enterprise/solution/technical architecture using Web, JEE, SOA, Portal, Data Management, BI technology stack from leading industry vendors such as Oracle, IBM, HP etc. Five (5) to ten (10) years’ experience in full life-cycle SDLC implementations. Three (3) to seven (7) years of leading high-performance teams Experience Required: Must have a minimum of 10+ years’ experience overall as a Systems Architect. Must have a minimum of 8+ years’ experience as a Enterprise Architect. Must have at least 8 years of current/recent Technical Leadership responsibilities. (this will include leading system architects within a project setting) Strong technical skills must be matched by exceptional team-building and communication skills. PeopleSoft Implementation Experience, including HR, Financial, Asset Management and Maintenance. Experience providing system design and solutions architecture.
