Job Description: Job Title: Mobility QA AnalystLocation: Mooresville, North CarolinaDuration : ContractResponsibilities 1.Gather Testing and QA requirements from customer.2.Create Test Plan, Test Strategy for manual and automation testing for Consumer Mobile. Application on multiple platforms, Mobile Web Applications and Store Mobility Application3.Document Test Cases based on the requirement.4.Automate test cases using automation tools identified be flexible to learn and apply new technologies and scripting languages. 5.Carry out functional testing , regression testing based on the release time line.6.Automation Testing script execution, error reporting, test status reporting.7.Defect reporting, Defect Verification and Validation, carry out regular triage for the defects, follow up on the status and communicate stake holders.8.Involve in release support activities.9.Team management Experience in managing teams of 5-8 people10.Customer interactions - Experience in working with customer leads and customer teams 11.Participate in project planning, timelines, composition of technical teams, and resources.12.Should be able to work with remote teams.13.Participate in client meetings where we develop and present solutionsSkills1.Understanding of iOS and Android Mobile Platform and Architecture.2.Proven exposure to GUI testing, Functional and Regression testing on mobile platforms 3.Working knowledge of Mac OS X, Xcode IDE, Apple Developer Tools.4.Working knowledge of Android SDK, and Eclipse IDE.5.Very good understanding of Design Guidelines for different platforms. 6.Testing and Quality Assurance experience in mobile apps, and mobile web application in both consumer and enterprise domain.7.Excellent Automation Experience using any of the scripting languages JavaScript, Perl, Python. 8.Hands on experience in creating reviewing Test Plans, Test Cases and managing Defect Tracking Systems.9.Proven ability to work with large team to deliver high quality Automation Scripts, Test Documentation, Test Reports. 10.Good understanding of test management tool like QC.11.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with all levels of technical and non-technical staff including the ability to establish goals, set clear expectations, prioritize activities, and follow through to completion 12.Excellent interpersonal skills including negotiation, problem resolution and customer service.13.Experience automating mobility testing using tools like SOASTA, MonkeyTalk, Perfecto Mobile, Zapfix, Squish and DeviceAnywhere. Qualification Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology. Experience Required ( In Years): 4+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in software application testing, and 2 years on mobile focus.Experience: between 3"
