We specialize in providing dynamic software solutions to a diverse array of business concerns worldwide.   Sure IT is looking for IT Business Development Managers (BDM)   Send Resumes to: - openings@sureitinc.com or openings.sureit@gmail.com   Title: IT Business Development Managers (BDM) (US Staffing) Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad, India  # Of positions: one Length: Long Term  Working Hours:  Central time Zone (CST)  Resource joining date: ASAP    Duties & Responsibilities:  ·         Experience in interacting with clients (US Staffing), and having Extensive company contacts, and consistent track record of reaching targets. ·         Must be a Hunter  ·         Must have a proven track record of outstanding sales performance in the IT consulting industry and a workable approach for closing new business, and sense of urgency in obtaining new business. ·         Any Experience working with TCS.Wipro, CTS, Experis, HCL a Plus.  ·         Good understanding of US staffing business, sales process and recruitment process. ·         Identify new clients for providing staffing solutions. ·         Analyze requirements from clients, assign and have a close follow through with hiring teams ·         Work closely with hiring team to ensure delivery meets clients' expectations. ·         Develop relationships with hiring / business managers of clients ·         Meet revenue and bottom line targets ·         Self-motivated with strong work ethics ·         Extensive Experience in cold calling, and negotiating. ·         Decent understanding of information technology systems. ·         Ability to work effectively with team members. ·         Vendor Management etc. ·         Report Generation, Resume Formatting and Job Posting.   ·         Meeting recruitment targets within defined timelines. ·         Exceptional Self Motivational Skills and willing to work in pressure situations if required. ·         Excellent written and oral English.   Candidate Desired Skills:           Must be self-directed, team player and capable of exercising regular use of discretion and independent judgment. ·         Must have successfully worked in partnership with a number of Account Managers/Business Developers. ·         Must have strong people relationship skills, ability to team with technical recruiters and other support people, and proven commitment to quality, ethics and professionalism   Educational Qualification: ·         Minimum Graduation. ·         MBA   Thanks & Regards Srinivas Human Resources Sure IT Inc.
