You will be part of a dynamic development Java team. This team is responsible to build a framework for the whole Internet & Mobile Banking asset. You will be integrated in the dedicated Java development team : · to elaborate design and architecture based on requirements · to take in charge Java development from technical requirement analysis to the production environment · to challenge development coming from other teams · to manage functional/technical issues and response times · to elaborate technical documentation of your implementation including sample code · to support teams that they will use your coding and documentation Languages: Fluent in English Good in French Dutch is a plus Scale: Fluent, good, basic Required knowledge / experience: Education & Soft skills: University degree or Master preferably in IT, with at least ten years relevant experience. · Team player · Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude, · Good Communication and Influencing skills; · Good analytical and synthesis skills; · Autonomy, commitment and perseverance · Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment · Flexible, accurate & control minded. · You are able to organise and prioritise your own work efficiently. Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience. · Knowledge of the retail banking business is an asset. · Ability to take in charge developments and to coach / to supervise efficiently a team of developers is a plus. Mandatory: - Strong skills in Java, Spring, Java frameworks, Maven, UML - You fully master the object orientation techniques and principles. - Good expertise in object oriented development, your coding is efficient and clean.
