Contributing to the evolution of the department’s solutions. Contributing with knowledge and experience to other developers. Responsibilities: Contribute significantly to the teams development work by leading and taking part of analysis, design, estimations, development, testing, releasing and maintenance; Support and mentor individual developers within their daily work; Taking lead on subject matter quality and teaching others; Independently solve assigned development tasks; Leading quality work within department; making sure the quality level is maintained and improved by implementing quality tools and processes throughout the department; Being the spokesperson for the department in quality initiatives within the company, actively contributing to the company’s quality work; Take part in testing of own and others work; Perform reviews of other developers work, give constructive feedback and make sure their work is of acceptable quality. Knowledge/Expertise/Qualifications: 3-5 years of programming and testing experience in web technologies and .net; Exceptional problem-solving skills; Strong analytical skills; Team player; Experience in agile methodologies desirable; Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure with tight deadlines; Should be good at communication both verbal and written to communicate; University degree in Computer Science or similar. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Swedish is an advantage. Location: Stockholm, Sweden. Salary: 42 - 62.000 euro per year depending on experience. Permanent position for Eu Citizen or Visa holder.
