Business Development Manager (IT Staffing) in San Ramon, CA Role:  Business Development Manager (IT Staffing) Location:  San Ramon, CA  Duration: Fulltime  Remuneration W2: Salary + Commission    Job Description:   Bara Infoware, Inc. is adding a Business Development Manager in our team. The Business Development manager will identify, evaluate and manage new business opportunities at both new and existing clients and will establish relationships with potential and existing clients. The key to success of this position is to focus on understanding our client’s business and their project needs – to exceed expectations.   A minimum of 5+ years of service sales experience (IT Staffing experience preferred) Have successfully managed a territory in the Bay Area. The Business Development Manager will focus on building long-term business relationships by providing unparalleled customer services and support to current clients and be responsible for adding additional clients. The ideal candidate will have current relationships with principle companies for IT / Healthcare / Generic staffing area and has had much sales success in the recent past.  Success with IT staffing is preferred but not required. Working closely with active and new clients in acquiring and prioritize client staffing requirements Writing job descriptions and clarifying clients needs Presenting qualified candidates to clients, and managing the interview process and closing consultant engagements Broad technical knowledge of information technology and other business functions in large corporations Must have interest in technology and how businesses leverage technology for competitive advantage Must be self motivated and work with minimal direction from senior management.
