Email resumes to sferrari@sisinc.com "Now Hiring: Java Application Support Engineer in Chicago, IL The Application Software Support Engineer is responsible to serve as a key member of development team. The ideal candidate should have approximately 6-10 years of strong background in supporting, troubleshooting and maintaining web applications built using Java/J2EE technologies as well as Oracle PL/SQL. Job Description/Responsibilities: Troubleshooting and Analyze the application issues or defects Provide detailed Root Cause Analysis of the issues identified Identify, analysis data issues and perform modification if required to resolve the issues Run SQL scripts required for configurations or application support Help in client implementations of the custom application services in their configuration, setup and technical communication. Scripting for automating application support requirements Technical documentation of support activities and analysis May require to perform client communication Participate in development design discussion   Required skills: 6+ Years of strong experience supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting J2EE/Java Enterprise Web Applications Understanding of RDBMS 2+ Years of experience working with Oracle SQL Working experience of writing Oracle PL/SQL code Experience in writing and maintaining Windows and/or Shell scripting Understanding of Web Services, JMS, AJAX, SSO and other Java/J2EE technologies Experience in working with different framework to handle backend data feed processing, scheduling, encryption and feed communication Proficient in using UML, creating and maintaining Technical Documentation Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills Understanding of system & software architecture, object-oriented design Domain knowledge of financial services is preferred Excellent client communication skills Email resumes to sferrari@sisinc.com     http://bull.hn/l/XNQT/4"
