National Direct Placement Manager in Wakefield, MA CEI is seeking a National Direct Placement Manager for our direct placement business.  The ideal candidate will bring a mix of knowledge in Engineering and/or IT, along with a background in recruiting and placement.  This position will be responsible for working with our client companies on full time job openings, including screening and selecting the top candidates for consideration.  As a fast growing organization, specific emphasis will be placed on the individual's ability to work independently to achieve revenue goals, while collaborating with the team on full time placements.  Strong work ethic and the ability to function in a fast paced, team environment are essential to success.  Job Responsibilities Prospect and network with companies, from Manager to C level individuals Source and recruit top Engineering and IT talent for job openings with our client base Conduct in person interviews with candidates and job seekers Screen and network with candidates in our existing database Utilize creative methods to network and identify new talent for clients Collaborate with client companies to identify the best solution for their job opening Spend roughly 4 hours daily on the phone prospecting new client openings and recruiting new candidates and following up with others http://bull.hn/l/WV91/5"
