The Project Specialist would serve as a support for project processes and implementing process improvements and would be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and communicating project-oriented work efforts. The candidate must be very hands-on, have expertise in documenting processes and procedures, and identifying and remediating control deficiencies. The ideal candidate would have a BS in Business or IT; 2 – 4 years of technology project management support experience; prior experience with project documentation and budgeting/financial management; MS Office, Visio, and Project software skills; strong attention to detail and problem-solving and analytical skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills; and comfortable working with all levels of corporate infrastructure.
