Many of our clients are big name companies. Established in 2006 in the Netherlands we operate across the main European markets but also recently further afield such as APAC and the Americas. We have identified many markets for development, allowing joining consultants to take immediate ownership of their own vertical market and become experts in their field. Role requirements The position advertised is for a Trainee Sales/ Recruitment Consultant with daily contact with clients across the globe. The role will be based out of our Barcelona. The role would suit someone with prior Tele Sales or Inside Sales experience, but this is not necessary. We are more concerned with your drive and ability to adapt. We are committed to nurturing raw talent and natural recruitment flair through training and guidance from senior recruitment specialists within the business. Training combines classroom and on the job training and is designed to maximise your sales performance. Skills required Skills requirements for the Recruitment Consultant role include: * Ambitious, goal oriented, self-motived and hard-working * Able to share our values of Partnership, Innovation, Integrity, Personality, Reliability * Goal oriented with the drive, tenacity and hard work ethic to achieve it * Telesales, Inside Sales experience (beneficial but not essential) * At least 12 months work experience in any field (either post or during studies) * Have an understanding of the sales cycle from requirements gathering to close * You must have competitive drive to succeed * Have the enthusiasm to reap rewards for personal success * Able to work as an individual as well as in a team situation * Good organizational and times management skills * Professional, articulate and of flexible nature * English language skills are essential - Dutch, German or Scandinavian languages are desirable Salary details * A basic salary and uncapped commission - meaning as soon as you are successful, you are rewarded * Realistic on target earnings of 30-40,000eur in your first year and in your second year 60-70,000eur and beyond - the better you do the more you earn, its simple! * Excellent Barcelona location - living in Barcelona means a work-life balance that is unrivalled * Regular personal and team incentive, to ensure hard work never goes unnoticed * Great rewards and a long term career path If you think this opportunity sounds like your ideal career, apply by sending your CV and a brief paragraph on why you are suited to a career in sales (please note - applications without this will be discarded).
