Develop and ensure compliance with all Enterprise and customer quality production system requirements. Lead the CI process, , working with a wage CI coordinator and the Team Lead coordinator. Establishes employee environment regarding communications, feedback and overall guidance. Facilitates, coaches, and develops all the members of the CI teams and Natural Work Groups. Lead the CI steering committee and facilitate the development of action plans to strengthen CI team performance. Provide communication and status reports to the CI Steering committee and Horicon Leadership. Engage with other CI Coordinators in the Enterprise to share and deploy best practices and new processes. Administers employee policies, practices, procedures and work rules appropriate for the unit. Monitors control Plans, troubleshoots workmanship problems and generally supervises production activities to ensure that manufacturing product meets or exceeds all established requirements.   Requirements: Understanding of employee policies, practices, procedures and work rules appropriate for the unit. Knowledge of manufacturing, industrial engineering, and supervisory practices, systems, and tools. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and factory operations. An understanding of lean manufacturing and quality tools. Ability to facilitate meetings, engage and teach others. Lean Manufacturing, Just-In-Time, Kanban and Demand Flow Technology Can perform more complex functions, understands the principles of manufacturing and can teach others how to utilize these principles, processes and tools used in manufacturing.
