Job Description: Relevant Experience (Yrs) o 5+ years of overall Software Development experience o Experience in e-tailing (online only retail) is an advantage Technical/Functional Skills : o Should have an expert functional and/or technical knowledge in one or more of the following Modules - Distributed Order Management, Global inventory visibility, Reverse Logistics, Supply Collaboration o Must have hands-on Sterling Design & Development experience (preferably full cycle implementation experience in e-tailing environment) o Experience in defining Sterling OMS technical & solution architecture o Expert knowledge of Sterling Order Management System components, APIs, and related Interfaces o Help analyze, troubleshoot, and/or tune Sterling Commerce product performance or deployment issues when required o Participate in projects and provide cross-functional IT application support coordination on issues & design planning o Should be able to revise the technical architecture and make recommendations to minimize cost without compromising on the performance o Propose a comprehensive plan to handle development, system and integration test and performance tuning and go-live phases for the new system o Handle integration challenges between Sterling and other applications o Guide the development team in code and design review o Help develop and propose Sterling OMS-centric processes, policies, and standards" | ||||||
