Should have hands-on experience in building products and Frameworks. Experience in building tools that enhance developer productivity. 2. Should have experience on various Tech stacks and Platforms (Java/JEE, MS stack, Mobility, Data Analytics,) 3. Deep understanding of current technology and design trends and an ability to evaluate their relevance in context of the problem domain 4. Should have led product development teams 5. Excellent knowledge of enterprise application framework design and practices. 6. Passionate about technology and building innovative cutting edge solutions Mphasis Roles & Responsibilities Framework development 1. Lead, develop and recommend Solution Accelerators like Reusable Building Blocks, Tools and Frameworks which will be reused by various projects. 2. Will liaise closely with Delivery Heads/Managers and CRMs to understand, develop and deliver framework features as per roadmap 3. Provide continual support to Delivery teams for effective utilization of framework features. 4. Extend training to Delivery team for optimal utilization of Tools and frameworks 5. Will own the SDLC process for Tools and Framework development 6. Support Sales, Marketing team & Senior Management team in providing periodic inputs on Tools and Framework capabilities. Tool & technology evaluation and POC 1. Responsible for third party tool evaluation and recommendation as per product roadmap. 2. Responsible for new technology stack evaluation and recommendation. 3. Responsible for POC of new tool usage and third party product integration. Open source tools and policy management 1. Responsible for Open source tools evaluation and adaptation 2. Responsible for Open source policy and different open source license usage in the framework and products. 3. To come up with standards and best practices for Tools and Framework development. 4.
