Role : Mechanical Designer Location : Birmingham, AL Duration : 3-6 Months Contract. Description: Minimum 5 years experience in design of industrial or power plant piping systems. Experience should include development of 3D piping models and orthographic and isometric piping drawings. Emphasis placed on experience with recent versions of Bentley AutoPLANT P&ID, 3D, and Data Manager products. Experience with Bentley ProjectWise is a plus. Other desired experience includes: • Use of vendor drawings for drawing preparation and layout. • Equipment modeling and arrangements. • Pipe supports. • Checking design drawings and documents.
