Knowledgeable in Installing Configuring and Administering Avaya Interaction Center (AIC Ver 7.1/7.2). • Provide centralized management and administration support of business rules, workflows, agents, and Operational Analyst reports. • Should have a good understanding of Contact center, Telephony architectures and Computer Telephony Integrated (CTI) interfaces • Utilize the IC Client Software Development Kit (Client SDK) to develop multi-channel agent interfaces for use with Avaya IC framework. • Should have demonstrated experience in maintaining existing client application interfaces and data exchanges from ACD, IVR, and CTI type applications . • Understanding of multi-channel contact solutions, routing, management and reporting capabilities.
