(Oracle) "mail me: abecz@consultnet.com ref# 13-01709 Position: Oracle Business Systems Analyst Location: Lexington, KY Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000 base salary Tax Term: Direct Hire / Full Time Job Description: We are looking for a Functional Oracle Business Systems Analyst to work on a direct basis for a client of ours in Lexington, Kentucky. This position will be responsible for the analysis, design, testing, implementation and support of the Oracle Applications suite, which includes the configuration of all related Oracle applications modules. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills and should have excellent communication skills. Required: • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science • 5+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a large IT environment • 5+ years of Oracle Applications experience ¿ Accounts Receivable Expert • Implementation experience • Proven ability to manage small to mid-size projects • Knowledge of TOAD and/or SQL • Strong knowledge of Oracle application extension and customizations strategy and data conversions • Strong analytical skills • Experience with creation and execution of test plans Desired: • Masters Degree in Computer Science • PMI certification is a plus ¿ experience managing projects is preferred (i.e. inclusive of Project Management Tools and Methodologies PMLC / SDLC) • Knowledge of Oracle HCMS desired • Knowledge of OBIEE strongly desired • Experience with ADP Payroll (Enterprise) a plus • Experience with Kronos or other time and labor management solutions a plus • Experience with Business process engineering and re-engineering a plus • Experience with IT change management (change promotion) and quality assurance is a plus Thank you, I look forward to hearing from you and am excited about the possible employment opportunity our company may be able to provide for you.
