"Lead Solution Architect – UK 10 years telecom BSS/OSS experience, telecom BSS(CRM, Billing) solution, wide knowledge of overall IT applications, good understanding in industry standard and best practice, e.g. TMF NGOSS, TOGAF An experienced Lead Solution Architect is needed for one of our clients, a leading International Telecommunications Company for a Contract Position based in the UK Responsibilities： •Lead solution analysis and design for end-to-end IT solution(telecom), provide guidance on best practices, Enterprise Architecture standards, functional and technical solution architecture & design, environment management, testing etc. •Governance and manage the architecture across different work streams throughout the project life cycle through to deployment. •Contribute to program vision while advising and articulating program strategy, define the approach for analysis and design stage, ensure the approach be implemented by both parties.. •Provide technical leadership on projects, advise and mentor diverse teams, which include internal team, customer and 3rd party in technical and functional delivery aspects at a program level, using influence and adaptive. •Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third-party partners. Qualifications: •Minimum 10 years telecom BSS/OSS experience. •Familiar with telecom BSS(CRM, Billing) solution, wide knowledge of overall IT applications, good understanding in industry standard and best practice, e.g. TMF NGOSS, TOGAF •Hands on experience on large-scale telecom BSS solution blueprint, design & delivery, chief/lead solution architect of previous projects. •Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills, Presentation skills, Negotiation skills •Ability to prepare the material and manage customer workshops for senior managers/directors •Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries, and operate successfully in an intense business environment.
