"RIC Engineer – Ireland On behalf of our client, a prestigious International Telecommunications company, Manning Global is currently looking for an EPC Engineer in Ireland on contract basis. Job responsibilities: Located at customer offices in central Dublin, the successful candidate will be expected to provide: RAN Integration support; Operation support. Supported by NIC/RIC back-office engineers (UK or Dublin) the role of NIC/RIC Engineer is Customer Facing and it is envisaged that a proportion of the RIC Engineers time will be spent dealing with customer integration related enquiries. • Reporting to NIC Manager • Ensure on time delivery • Troubleshooting EnodeB and EPC problems. • Troubleshooting Transmission and VSWR problems • EnodeB integration into EPC • EnodeB and EPC Commissioning and Integration • Integration support of EnodeB • EnodeB and EPC status and handling Alarm handling via LSM-R • Use of customer databases and operational tools Develop / produce scripts to support project . Requirements: Education: HNC/HND or better CCNP certified Experience: 3~5 years experience as engineer in telecom field; Experience of working on OMC / NMC; Experience of Field work. Knowledge & Skill: Knowledge in 2G/3G/4G LTE; Knowledge in SGSN & Linux; Scripting Experience of Unix , Perl , SQL , XML , Excel . MS Access; Fluent English and excellent and clear communication skills over the phone.
