"consistent with company policies. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as an IT Recruiting Manager and/or RPO environment. • Bachelor’s degree is required. A computer-related degree or CIS/MIS Degree is preferred. • Previous experience in a corporate or staffing agency setting is preferred. • Ability to translate the strategic and tactical business plans into strategic recruiting and staffing plans. • Demonstrated knowledge of IT talent pool/market and industry challenges. • Ability to provide guidance and leadership with experience in training and development programs for preparing employees for more significant responsibilities and general business development. • Strong customer service and negotiating skills. • Experienced leadership capabilities demonstrated by leading by example. • Strong knowledge of the staffing industry with the ability to develop strategic staffing models to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs for the filling of the gaps. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Experience using Microsoft Word, PPT, Project, Visio, Excel, and conducting internet research. • Strong knowledge of recruiting technology and resources including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media and configuration needed. • Understanding of metrics to drive talent agent’s performance. • Ability to travel locally and internationally. • Thought leader in recruitment industry – innovation and ideas. • Good understanding of business process and ways to optimize. • Good understanding of training tools and platforms."
