The VP of Talent Management will plan, implement and manage recruitment, talent sourcing, training, performance management, and drive employee overall performance. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as an IT Recruiting Manager and/or RPO environment. • Bachelor’s degree is required. A computer-related degree or CIS/MIS Degree is preferred. • Previous experience in a corporate or staffing agency setting is preferred."
