This international market leader is growing fast and looking for an IT manager with strong project management skills to stand close to the business: Finding and implementing new IT solutions is key. As the manager, you are responsible for requirements analysis, advising the business stakeholders about IT and guide processes with the hands-on IT team and third parties. (Dutch and English speakers are considered) The benefits: - Work in one of the most interesting and fast growing sectors - A challenging role with responsibility - Deploy your own vision within the company - Implement a completely new IT infrastructure - (International) travelling might occur - 80K salary and secondary benefits The role: - Liaise with the business - Business analysis - Requirements analysis - Deploy full IT environment: IT infrastructure, ERP, software - Sparring partner for vendors The organisation - NYSE listed - Medical sector - Global company The requirements: - BSc working/thinking level (finished degrees is preferred) - At least of 5 years of management experience: A combination of line and project management is ideal - Any experience or knowledge in the medical or pharma sector is a strong benefit - Broad understanding of IT: Infrastructure, ERP, Software development - Strong business sense: Analysis, requirements and envisioning of IT future - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch is preferred) - All candidates must be located in the NH area.
