To facilitate a smooth transition they need to hire a change management professional with SAP knowledge who can support successful and efficient organisational change. The primary job of the Change Management Specialist will be to ensure that the new change initiatives introduced into the organisation help to achieve the organisational objectives and fit in completely with its corporate vision and mission. The change initiatives or projects within the organisation will include changes to technology (SAP) and systems, changes to business processes and changes in organisational structure and job roles. The role of the change management specialist will be to create conditions for a smooth transition for the employees and maximum enthusiasm to adapt to the change. Profile • Master degree (or equal by experience) MBA is a big plus • 10 years (international) experience in Organisatinal Change Management • ERP knowledge - preferably SAP • Outspoken personality • Tri-lingual (Dutch, French English) Meer info?
