You'll take over a Contract and a Perm Team consisting of approx. 25 consultants. The business is looking to invest heavily in growing London and you'll have headcount from day one. You'll need to have the ability to coach and mentor consultants (Trainees and Experienced) and drive sales across both teams. They will fast track the right candidate to board level.
