Technical sourcing/recruiting for multiple business groups, proficiency with online sourcing techniques, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office, candidate tracking, database applications, etc. TALEO experience is very desirable. Responsibilities •Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and advanced sourcing techniques to identify candidates. •Source passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, etc. •Generate qualified candidates through Direct Sourcing via telephone and/or email. •Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's candidate database. •Screen candidates for availability, interest level, and job match. •Develop and Deliver offers utilizing internal tools, ensuring equity and compliance. Qualifications •3+ years relevant experience in recruiting/sourcing (preferably corporate high-tech) •Demonstrated ability in screening for highly technical positions and identifying strengths and areas of development. •Strong negotiating and follow-through skills. •Understanding of technology, ability to read and understand technical requirements. •Results-oriented. •Team player, highly collaborative. •Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously . •Strong time management and organizational skills. •Strong verbal and written communication skills. •Ability to multi-task. •Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment.
