Propose the next-five-year technical strategy plan. Build and maintain the communication channels with the customers, the industry associations, and also the management and executive teams in The Company. Cooperate with all the stakeholders to push the adoption of technical strategy. b) 分析行业标杆的最佳实践和商业、技术战略，以及运营商客户商业流程现状和痛点、发展方向，向管理层传递行业和技术发展方向，帮助管理层制定业务战略路线。 Analyze and understand the business & technical strategy, and the best practice of the leading competitors. And based on the requirements and the adoption of the business process of the customers, support the Company management team to plan the business strategy according to the trends of the business and technologies c) 与运营商、行业组织建立紧密沟通关系，洞察客户业务发展趋势和商业变革需求，向客户传递我司技术战略。 Work closely with the operators and the industry associations, have good understanding about the customer needs and the business transformation, and give customers a clear picture for the technical strategy of The Company. d) 帮助技术团队开发技术开发计划，给出技术的构建方案或获取策略，推动技术在产品解决方案的应用，构建端到端解决方案竞争力。 Propose the technical solution and implementation strategies, and draft the execution plan for the development team. Push the technologies proposed to be adopted in the product solutions to achieve business success. e) ，Analyze Telecom carrier system architecture and business support operation process; give the business direction and help define the technologies to realize the strategy technology plan. f) Connect with the major Top Telecom operators to insight the trend of the service requirements and business transformation. g) Gain an insight into business direction and technology roadmap of the Carrier BG in 5 years. Cooperate with the product solution team to build the end-to-end commercial solution and technical strategy plan, and push the technologies to the product solution. h) Organize technology project charter activities to ensure the technology goal achievement, analysis and evaluation efforts for E-Commerce Operation and Enterprise Software Architecture related technical projects to build advanced and innovational technical capabilities. Requirement for candidates: a) Experience:  Experience in building Telecomm Business Support System, Internet e-commerce operation system and enterprise business process.  Deep understanding of e-commerce operation process and system architecture, Telecomm Business Support System, ICT’s business model and enterprise architecture, and corresponding technologies.  10+ years of industry working experience in Telecom and Internet. b) Preferred Qualifications •  Experience of technology planning and architecture design of ICT or Telco BSS/OSS solutions in large enterprises.  Experience in building and operating large e-commerce infrastructures And the candidates shall be:  1. Business orientated & commercially aware and Results orientated  2. Candidates should be self motivated, professional, confident & innovative  3. Passionate about knowledge sharing  4. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skill and team collaboration.  5. Team player. Industry background: Strong Knowledge and experience in highly technical, Internet scale e-commerce and enterprise architecture, it’s better to have the telecom experience. Education background: Bachelor of computer, electronics and marketing, or higher degree Language: Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)"
