Group: India Jobs, Careers and Networking Daniel Peters has started a discussion: INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNERS REQUIRED Freshers + Upto 7 years "Instructional Designer (Noida/ Chennai) - JD of Instructional Designers • Should be able to interact effectively with stakeholders/SMEs at all levels to understand learning requirements • Should be able to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels to identify gaps in an existing scenario (from the point-of-view of training) • Should be able to interact effectively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to obtain content and subject-matter knowledge, especially if such content is not available in a documented form; should be able to obtain approval from SMEs for content coverage and accuracy • Should be able to grasp new and complex subject matter • Should be able to analyze large volumes of complex information (data, documentation, etc.) and identify key elements/patterns/trends in relatively short durations • Should be well-versed with instructional design principles and should be able to recommend solutions and strategies for a given requirement • Should be self-driven, motivated, and should be able to work independently without supervision • Should be able to review the work of other team-members for instructional effectiveness, and mentor the team-members accordingly • Should have very high quality-orientation • Should have very high customer-orientation • Should be able to interpret, implement, and articulate styles and standards related to instructional, linguistic, visual, and technical aspects of a learning solution • Should be an excellent communicator (both written and spoken English) and presenter • Should possess excellent interpersonal skills • Should be able to work in an environment of diversity • Should be sensitive to the three key project imperatives: time, cost, quality If you fit in the above requirement, submit your CVs online.
