"CDI Corporation is currently recruiting candidates for a challenging, rewarding and exciting Recruiting Manager position in a dynamic environment that offers growth to strategic minded staffing leaders! This role is ideal for future thinking, strategic Recruitment Leaders interested in guiding the growth of an organization by leading the effort to staff key positions within the US arm of a global leader. Our client is a worldwide leader in bleeding edge technology and communications solutions for consumers and industry. The Recruiting Manager will lead a staff of around 30 recruiting and associated support professionals tasked with strategic recruitment. The Recruiting Manager will implement and manage recruitment programs with resources assigned to specific Business Units and or skill sets. This includes ensuring that staffing processes align with current and future workforce needs. The Recruiting Manager will utilize previous success in strategic and tactical recruiting leadership to reallocate internal and external resources based on future needs and gaps in the team or programs. Other key responsibilities include: • Assisting in the planning and forecasting of future needs for an RPO environment based on skill sets tied to business units or divisions. • Develop and roll out successful referral bonus programs leveraging employee networks to achieve a strong candidate pipeline. • Develop and roll out a diversity recruitment program including measurement of performance metrics. • Drive change management to achieve these goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following: • 10 years or more of success in the Recruiting Industry. • Strong career development within large matrixed organizations (preferably no or minimal agency work) including front line recruiting involving cold calling, direct sourcing. This experience should enable the Recruiting Manager to understand recruiter struggles, to offer ideas and solutions and gain the respect of the team based on shared experience. • A Bachelors Degree is mandatory.
