On behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for a Solution Marketing Manager – Enterprise Business Solution for a permanent Position in the UK As an Solution Marketing Manager – Enterprise Business Solution you will jointly work with our clients to combine both technology innovation and business innovation together to create market-leading propositions tailored to meet the needs of SME and corporate segmentation. Your responsibilities will include: Identifying and leading new leads aligned with customer business challenges and strategies in enterprise business domain; Working with the client to develop new service proposition including message framework, creative concepts, features and benefits, pricing, business case and go-to-market planning; Conducting regular dialogues with customers' chief project directors or departmental managers to explore customer requirements, make plans for solutions and establish delivery strategies; Working with dedicated technology innovation centres, HQ R&D/product line solution owners and sales owners to evaluate technical feasibility and prioritize on business innovation projects; Work with our client to execute marketing plans and evaluate of return on investment for key initiatives; Using Business Model Innovation (BMI) tools as a systematic approach to enhance the company’s “business design” component of Business Leadership Model (BLM). Your skills: The ideal candidates shall have at least 10 years experience in area of Telecoms products and services innovation; This role requires a wide mix of skills particularly a good working knowledge of various ICT technologies (e.g. LTE/MBB/FMC), proven creative skills, and outstanding written/verbal communications; Customer, Stakeholder and virtual team management skills; High level of influencing capability; You will have: Proven experience in developing and bringing to market new customer propositions, ideally in enterprise Sector; Track record of developing and driving marketing programmes/projects for commercial return; Knowledge and credibility in the B2B market (desirable); Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment; Easygoing personality with an open mind and willingness to learn new things quickly; Strong sense of responsibility and take the serious and meticulous attitude during working; Operator, vendor or telecommunications consultancy background (desirable); MBA (preferable); International and domestic travel up to 20% is required.
