On behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for a ICT Solution Consultant/Manager for a permanent Position in the UK As an ICT Solution Consultant/Manager you will jointly work with our clients to combine both technology innovation and business innovation together to create market-leading propositions tailored to meet the specific needs in the fast growing industry Responsibilities: Identifying and leading new leads aligned with customer business challenges and strategies in enterprise business domain Working with the client to develop new service proposition including message framework, creative concepts, features and benefits, pricing, business case and go-to-market planning; Conducting regular dialogues with customers' chief project directors or departmental managers to explore customer requirements, make plans for solutions and establish delivery strategies; Working with dedicated technology innovation centres, HQ R&D/product line solution owners and sales owners to evaluate technical feasibility and prioritize on business innovation projects; Work with our client to execute marketing plans and evaluate of return on investment for key initiatives; Using Business Model Innovation (BMI) tools as a systematic approach to enhance the company’s “business design” component of Business Leadership Model (BLM). Good organizational, cross-departmental and project management skills. Desirable Skills: MBA is highly desirable; An ability to advise and interact with all levels of client management and staff, including CIOs, CTOs and Chief Architects; Strong business acumen – with awareness of the current business environment and the challenges it presents to organisations; Able to work in a fast-paced working environment; Strong sense of responsibility and take the serious and meticulous attitude during working; Excellent oral and written communication skills; International and domestic travel up to 20% is required.
