JD: Project Manager – Human Capital Management (HCM) Location: Irvine, CA Duration: 9 Months QUALIFICATIONS: supporting software configuration changes to support changing business processes. Performance Management, Focal, Open Enrollment and any special HR initiatives. framework to ensure delivery of the best and appropriate solution. and assures quality/timely releases of required business functionality through system deployments and business process changes. clearly articulate this vision to the team, executive management, and to the company. systems capabilities are required. • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of three years direct working experience with PeopleSoft HCM v9.1 • Strong understanding of SDLC lifecycle and PMBOK methodology. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, learn, understand, capture, define, document and sell concepts and strategies, getting "buy-in" from the team • As a member of the team supporting a mission critical application, will available respond to all system problems on a 24-hours per day- 7-day per week basis • Multi-tasking and work prioritization is a must for this candidate. • Familiarity with the PeopleSoft Portal and Portal Pack for HR, PeopleCode, PeopleTools, SQR, Crystal reports, Application Engine, Workflow and PSQuery are preferred. • Working experience in project management, business analysis, and solution deployment. • Experience with implementation of PeopleSoft HCM applications as well as providing production support • An understanding of the technical components of the PeopleSoft architecture • Requires excellent communication and presentation skills and candidates must have the ability to communicate with internal/external customers, vendors, upper management, etc. in both formal and informal situations. • A high degree of creative ability, analytical and technical skills and independent judgment. • Ability to handle high levels of responsibility, self-directed, with strong organizational and project management skills. • Able to work well in a matrixed / cross functional environment. • Ability to work under stress with “time-critical” deadlines and expectations. Requirements • Position requires College degree, preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience, and a minimum of seven years direct working experience with PeopleSoft 9.x. • PMP Certification Regards, Ravikumar.B"
