Location : Delhi "Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for executing the training program, including the assessment, plan, implementation, facilitation, tracking and day-to-day operations. Accountable for complete TLC (Training Life Cycle). Execute training programs beyond expectations with best services & quality training all times. Carry out training needs analysis and Organizing, designing and delivering competency workshops Conduct Training programs on professional skills like Communication, Presentation Skills, Time management, Planning, Organizing, Performance management, coaching, etc The person is expected to create training manuals for various verticals, design course materials/ content and all other related documents like handouts, manuals and exercises. Coordinate with various stake holders on planning, implementing or evaluating training. Work closely with corporate executives and senior management to Visualize Strategies effectively to create new clients on a continuous basis and evolve newer business to the company. Interact with the clients and understand the core issues of performance and convert them into teachable sessions Handling customer relations of certain customer accounts assigned to her Deliver client presentation while accompanying the Business development team Updating MIS on a regular basis. Technical skill set: Good hands-on, working-knowledge of MS Word, Excel and power point. Competencies Required: Extremely high on creativity, energy and positivity Possess good leadership and communication skills High fluency in English language Skilled in creating audience delight Knowledge on H.R systems in an organization Good at planning and organizing Strong team player Openness to learning Should have exposure to training in MNCs Must have 5-6years of experience in training delivery.
