Job Description: Primary Duties and Responsibilities Meets with business partners to learn business processes and analyze requirements. Identifies and documents business processes and requirements, creates technical design documents, develops and tests solutions, troubleshoots and resolves application issues. Develops, supports and enhances new and legacy applications, programs, and interfaces. Job Requirements The successful candidate will have demonstrated: Proficiency developing C# ASP.Net applications: - Proficient in C#, ASP.Net, MVC, XML, Web Services, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server, IIS. - Experienced in data modeling and information architecture. - Capable of architecting and designing Microsoft .NET software applications using object oriented concepts and industry standard design patterns. Adept at implementing and consuming web services. - Design and development of Business Intelligence dashboards Proficiency developing Microsoft SharePoint Server solutions: - Using Microsoft .NET development to extend and augment the SharePoint platform. Development of custom web parts. Strong analytical skills and logical thought processes with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues/problems. Excellent verbal/written communication and stellar customer service skills. Must be able to successfully perform multiple tasks with strict deadlines, organize work effectively and reprioritize as new demands arise, Ability to work with a team, focus attention on details and complete projects. Ability to successfully perform the required and expected duties with minimal direct supervision."
