Coaches, inspires and provides input and feedback. Is responsible for the resource planning.  Translates the high level requirements of the project into clear scope, approach, deliverables, milestones, risks, resource requirements and detailed planning.  Is responsible for the correct execution of the project, from a cost, schedule and quality perspective. Follows the internal ING Project Office practices meticulously.  Analyses and reports on all risks, issues and change requests. Escalates in a timely manner. Recommends mitigations and alternative solutions. Defines impact of identified changes, follows the Change process guidelines, and updates the project plan accordingly.  Plans, performs and manages quality assurance for the project. Ensures business partner acceptance and sign-off for the deliverables.  Identifies potential changes to existing operational processes, and recommends ways to implement them.  Defines follow-up action recommendations for the project at closing stage. Your profile Knowledge and experience  Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business or Economics with minimum 5 years relevant work experience.  Has minimum 3 years proven experience in similar large company / enterprise scale Windows infrastructure projects. MS Office Migrations experience is a plus.  Has professional knowledge of, and experience with Microsoft related market segment / industry / technology / discipline trends.  Has professional knowledge of, and experience with Project Management methodologies such as Prince II  Change management capabilities; coaching and training skills.  Thorough knowledge of written and spoken English and French/Dutch  Experience with tooling like Microsoft Project and/or Clarity is a plus.
