Group: IT Recruiters Subject: Optimization Engineer - UK Rachael Manning posted a job: Optimization Engineer - UK "Optimization Engineer - UK On behalf of our client, a prestigious International Telecommunications company, Manning Global is currently looking for an experienced Optimization Engineer for a 6-1year rolling contract opportunity in the Reading UK. Job Summary: The Optimization engineer is a technical expert to support the development and execution of tools and processes to ensure the appropriate network quality is delivered from a Radio/KPI perspective. Job responsibilities: • Consult with local affiliates to meet expectations and develop working relationships • Define, consult and agree KPIs with local affiliates • Define the tools, requirements and deliverables • Determine approach to adjacency planning • Provide technical guidance to local teams as required • Support and Execute to SSV, Cluster optimization • Support or Cooperation with Core and Field(RAN) Team • Create report and issues tracker for optimization or related work • Site verification for location or antenna parameters such as azimuth and tilt etc. • Daily report for progress and planning of optimization • Risk identification and analysis for optimization or project • Night work as required • Willingness to travel (Domestic or Overseas) Requirements: • HND or Higher • Experience with LTE radio networks, KPIs and rollout / swap projects • Experience of 3G radio networks (WCDMA or WiMAX), KPI’s and optimization. • Knowledge in 3G/4G LTE KPI optimization • Scripting experience of Power Point, Excel, MS Word etc. • Experience of MapInfo, Google Earth • Fluent English and excellent clear telephone speech • Good presentation skill • Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred but not necessary • Good interpersonal skill If you are interested, please submit your CV in English and Word Doc format to Anabelle at sales@manningglobal.com with reference LIAG/OptimizationEng - 14198 or call Anabelle on +49 89 2388 9842."
