Our BPM product is the leader in the market place. It provides series management software to help customer discover, document, automate, and improve revenue-generating processes, to drive growth, reduce cost, and optimize execution across customer business networks. It enables organizations to be more efficient, more effective and more capable of change. CDL WebSphere BPM was built up from 2001, with 95 talents working with worldwide labs and being responsible for the development, quality assurance, maintenance, technical support. the SVT is the major focus of CDL QA team, taking global leadership role. Development focus on Cloud, migration and run time integration. We also have high focus on supporting growth market business growth with SWAT team. It is one of the strategic BPM development sites, with more than 1/4 of all BPM developers globally. Our BPM revenue had 50+% YtY growth in 2012, contributes to about 1/3 of AIM's global transaction revenue, and the market is expected to have continuous high growth in next several years. Job Responsibilities Be responsible for the technical directions for specified area of BPM products Work with product management team and engineering team to define product delivery scope Lead technical team to achieve deliver goals and make technical decisions in product delivery Help to build an innovation environment Help to promote BPM technologies to customers, partners and universities to drive BPM revenue Help sales and services team on technical challenges Coach and mentor technical leaders and engineers Job Requirements (skills/experiences) Rich experiences in J2EE – application architecture, programming model, and relevant technologies, etc. Experiences in software products or solution architecture design Excellent communication skills, both in Chinese and English (written and oral) Good knowledge on SOA/BPM and relevant technologies Familiar with IBM software portfolio, BPM experience is plus Strong leadership, both technical leadership and team leadership.
