"This is required for a leading IT MNC. Purpose of the role: Lead the pursuit/bid process end to end and work with the Sales, Delivery, Solution, Practices, Legal, Pricing and other partnering teams to create & deliver winning proposals Collect market intelligence, develop content for proposal of a deal and manage pre-sales process Reports to: Lead, Sales Program Office Experience: 10 - 15 years (5 years in Bid Management) Location: Bangalore Domain: IT Accountabilities: Drive deals especially large deals through strong "win strategy" Leads Pursuit Process – Opportunity Qualification, Solution Approval and Deal Approval Project Management of all aspects of pursuit from kick-off through Bid Submission Establishes & manages pursuit calendar with key review/ pursuit milestones Formulates the pursuit team by reaching out to respective functions within the organization [Sales, Solutions, Delivery, Practice, COE, Finance, Legal, RE etc] Runs pursuit strategy along with pursuit team/pursuit leader to establish WIN themes Responsible for Creation, tracking and controlling proposal response document & documents required for review checkpoints Analyze the bidding process and conduct a SWOT analysis on prospective bidders Update and Track case studies for new cases Develop relevant content and presentations showcasing MphasiS services over other competitors in line with the needs and budget of the client Collect market intelligence for effective “bid process” and “content development” Evaluate the needs of clients and industry trends based on reports such as Gartner Collaborate with benchmarking team to evaluate competitors' capabilities and predicted action Leads White Space creation – Identify key target segments / clients in collaboration with sales team Account profiling – Provide detailed account profile for the identified accounts along with a calling plan Collaborate with the “Bid “team for inputs and development of reusable components in final format Manage repository of contents developed Drive efficient execution of pre sales process Design and institutionalize "best practice" policies and guidelines which should be followed during the pre sales processes Create win loss analysis for proposals to clearly identify the reasons for the results Develop a program to identify, analyze and manage risk associated with a solution Identify the internal and external risks associated with a solution Determine the risk response plan and transfer the ownership to appropriate stakeholders Monitor risk mitigation efforts during the project and record the learning's during closeout Key shared accountabilities: Ensure lower turn around time for pre sales process Evaluate competitor's capabilities and predicted actions whilst pursuing a deal Identify and adopt best practices followed by other teams Interested candidates can send their latest CV in MS Word along with their latest passport size photograph along with the following details to resume@shinanoconsultants.com Total Experience Current Employer Current Designation Current Location Primary Skills Current CTC Expected CTC Notice Period If the current location is not Bangalore, then willing to work at Bangalore?
