OBIEE Developer Location: Atlanta GA Client: Norfolk Southern Skype Interview Only Initial Project Assignment / Responsibilities: • Be a part of an OBIEE & ETL development and support team focusing primarily on Intermodal initiatives • Must enjoy problem solving and working/communicating directly with business partners Skills and Experience: Required: • Extensive development experience with OBIEE+ • Experience in Report and Dashboard design using OBIEE+ Experience developing ETL for the following database(s): • Teradata • ExaData • Testable strong SQL skills with ability to write complex queries • Experience in translating business requirements to SQL-based ETL • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Proficient testing skills – unit, system, and integration • Experience in developing according to SDLC and accustom to working with technical documents (flowcharts, programming specifications, etc.) • Experience in designing & developing ETL using IBM DataStage or equivalent ETL development tool • Experience in using Unix operating system and its native editors • Experience in Data Warehouse Design • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills Preferred: • Experience in using data modeling techniques and tools (focusing on Dimensional design), entity relationship diagrams, ERWIN, etc. • ETL experience with Teradata or Oracle/Exadata database performance tuning • Experience with ChangeMan MVS code versioning software • Experience with Zeke MVS Job scheduler Regards Kumaresh 617-237-9856 kumaresh@abmcg.com" | ||||||
