If interested please send your resume to nayeli.medina@fastdolphin.com "Job Title: IT Business Analyst Location: South Miami Start Date: ASAP Length: 3 months Contract to hire position Project Details: • Business Analyst will be working on the International Development Team doing business in Latin America and the Caribbean. Primary Responsibilities: • Perform root cause analysis, write business requirements and handle system testing. • Triage and analyze problems. Propose interim and permanent root cause fixes to system problems. • Work daily with many levels within the organization, including upper management. • Maintain direct communication and interaction with customers and collaborate across all areas of IT, including Business Analysts, Quality Assurance Analysts and Development staff. The Perfect Candidate: • 3+ years of business analysis experience required. • Extensive experience in root cause analysis, writing business requirements and system testing. • Prefer candidates who have been exposed to complex projects involving Information Technology, Warranty, Vehicle Services, Mobile Insurance, and/or Debt Protection products. • SQL experience is required. • Experience with some basic .Net development is a plus. • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills required. Languages: • English • Spanish • Portuguese is a plus.
