Project Coordinator Location: RTP NC or Sunnyvale CA or Dallas TX Interview Type: F2F mandatory (followed by telephonic) Duration: Long Term Job Description: The Service Coordinator position will provide a supporting role to the PS Operational Staff. The qualified candidate will have experience in Customer Service and a strong background with MS Office especially Excel. The ability to work under pressure under tight deadlines as well as multi task is required. Experience with Oracle Software is preferred. . The daily job duties are as follows: • Handles project assignments of Installation and Residency orders • Maintains up to date Customer Contacts for all of the above projects in Oracle/Pulse system • Makes sure that each partner has the necessary information (project #, task #) in order to invoice NetApp. • Generates Task Reports for Projects as request • Generates reports on Task Status, Operational Details, Time Cards, and Cost Details • Updates Task Statuses once Complete and Closes out Projects • Owns Administrative updates on tasks: ECD, POP, Line Splits • Creates Pre-Sales projects as required and works with EM to make sure the Quotes are up to date, matching those with the Active Booked • Makes sure all hours are up to date and transferred to the correct Task on days project in coordination with Revenue requirements • Attaches all necessary “Evidence of Arrangement” documents in Oracle/Pulse • Verifies that “Evidence of Arrangement” documents check out regarding fees matching, scope, milestones, etc • Assists with Managing the Consulting Backlog • Assists/escalates all Change Orders, Debook/Rebook issues within Projects • Receives direction from JPM in support of consulting projects Junior Project Manager Location: RTP NC or Sunnyvale CA or Dallas TX Interview Type: F2F mandatory (followed by telephonic) Duration: Long Term Job Description: The Junior Project Manager position will provide a supporting role to the PS Operational Staff. The qualified candidate will have experience in Customer Service and a strong background with MS Office especially Excel. The ability to work under pressure under tight deadlines as well as multi task is required. Experience with Oracle Software is preferred. BS/BA in Business Administration or related field is required with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. The daily job duties are as follows: • Handles project assignments of Consulting orders • Gathers scope of all consulting and mixed projects with Installation • PM management of all task lines to include customer facing when needed • Provides Revenue forecasting for regional coverage model • Generates reports on Task Status, Operational Details, Time Cards, and Cost Details • Updates Task Statuses once Complete and Closes out Projects • Owns Administrative updates on tasks: ECD, POP, Line Splits • Creates Pre-Sales projects as required and works with EM to make sure the Quotes are up to date, matching those with the Active Booked • Makes sure all hours are up to date and transferred to the correct Task on days project in coordination with Revenue requirements • Attaches all required revenue documents in Oracle/Pulse • Verifies that revenue documents check out regarding fees matching, scope, milestones, etc • Assists with Managing the Consulting Backlog • Assists/escalates all Change Orders, Debook/Rebook issues within Projects • Receives direction from Area Team Lead in support of consulting projects Regards Kumaresh 617-237-9856 kumaresh@abmcg.com" | ||||||
