Responsibilities: • Overall on-site responsibility to execute Installation, Process Integration and Ramp-up • Within budget and contractual obligations. • Plan, direct, and coordinate work on the factory floor • Keep production runs on schedule • Plan, direct and coordinate work on the factory floor • Keep production runs on schedule cumulated output to assure achievement of the contractual obligations through high involvement of on-site team, suppliers and customer implement and document. Requirements • Exposure of 5 to 7 years • Proven project management • Entrepreneur in finding innovative solutions to control costs, reduce risks and improve performance • Customer centric; creates win-win solutions and proactively identifies sales opportunities • Takes decisions in a fast paced, complex environment; mobilizes immediate support if required • Manages executive level customer engagement • Obtains buy-in from Production Team and Senior Managers Team to support a result driven, solution oriented culture • Creates open feedback culture and trust, also in difficult situations"
