Group: Technology Recruiters Balasubramanian Iyer linkedin.balu@gmail.com has started a discussion: Urgently Looking for Java experts with Spring / Hibernate / EJB "Roles & Responsibilities: Design, Development and functional testing of business requirements/use cases. Understanding existing enterprise application use cases and design to quickly contribute on enhancement and fixes on the application. Educational Qualifications: B.E./ME (CS/EE) or MCA or equivalent higher level degree. Primary Skills required: Strong Core Java experience (java 1.5 minimum), Strong JEE/EJB experience (JEE5/EJB3.0 required), Spring, JPA/Hibernate (Oracle), JSF. (at least 4 out of these) Experience in using one of the servers Tomcat/JBoss/Weblogic. SQL (Oracle or any other RDBMS) OOAD, core java/JEE Design patterns, UML JSP/Servlets Secondary Skills required: Webservices (SOAP, RESTful) Sytems (one of Unix, Linux, Solaris) Soft skills required: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Able to pre-empt, identify and resolve problems that are non-routine or lacking in definition. Has working experience in agile projects. Ability to define, implement and work to a schedule. Good time management skills. Attention to detail. Able to work with little or no supervision. Experience range 4+ years of working experience in Java/JEE applications. Certifications: Good to have any certification on Java/JEE technologies Qualification - BE /ME/M.Tech/MCA"
